不足
- GB是最低而非充裕餘量，後期人口、市場及戰爭仍明顯降低速度；Intel最低門檻亦較新。Apple Silicon只明列M3建議，沒有M1/M2分級。經濟、法律、利益集團、外交和軍事術語密集，新玩家容易陷入價格循環或基建赤字。大量國家內容和機制分散於付費DLC，更新亦改變模組／存檔校驗碼。約200項變更令舊攻略失準，部分新文字暫時只有英文。繁體中文不在官方語言表。
安裝步驟
- 本頁對應 Victoria 3 1.13.9，官方校驗碼 b2e3。Mac 最低需求為 Sonoma 14.4.1、Intel Core i5-10600、16GB、Radeon Pro 5300 4GB 及10GB；建議 Sequoia 15.4、Apple M3／10核心M3 GPU、16GB。請預留20GB，備份存檔、啟動器資料庫、DLC、模組播放清單／順序及規則，記錄安裝檔SHA-256。首次以無模組新局測試市場、建造佇列、貿易、人口、法律、外交博弈、陸海軍、補給與儲存／讀取；確認1.13.9/b2e3後逐一恢復模組。M1/M2低於官方列出的M3建議等級。
解除安裝步驟
- 移除前避開外交博弈、戰爭結算、分裂地區合併及大型建造佇列變更中，另建手動存檔並正常退出。備份本機／雲端存檔、啟動器資料庫、DLC、確切模組版本／順序與規則；標註1.13.9、b2e3、國家、日期、市場、戰爭狀態及SHA-256。先以離線副本讀取。重裝後用無模組新局確認版本，再恢復相同DLC／模組與存檔副本；異常時保留原件並逐一排除模組，勿反覆覆寫。
常見錯誤及解決方法
- 啟動器空白或校驗碼不同：核對Sonoma 14.4.1、空間及SHA-256，備份後重建快取／資料庫，以無模組確認1.13.9/b2e3。建造佇列null_obj是外國投資分裂地區被合併後的問題，本版已修正。軍隊補給突降則有徵召兵補給處理及短缺圖示改善。艦隊卡在戰鬥、海峽阻斷補給、AI登陸超出運輸容量亦屬修正範圍。官方稱記憶體降低約7–10%、配置降低15%並改善tick，但後期仍吃CPU；請保留16GB，M1/M2或較低Intel先以小國低速測試。
本次版本更新內容
- （校驗碼b2e3）是1.13線大型官方熱修，包含接近200項修正、改進和平衡。新增科技樹等搜尋列、艦隊自動返港維修後續任務、可直接為海峽目標發起外交博弈；重做指揮上限、法律通過速度及艦船暴擊，改善陸軍補給與艦隊任務資訊。記憶體降低約7–10%、配置降低15%並改善tick。修正海運、海峽路線、徵召補給、私掠貿易、建造null_obj及大量內容／介面問題。部分新增文字只有英文，是官方說明的本版限制。
