不足
- GB是最低而不是推荐余量，后期人口、市场和战争规模仍会明显压低速度；Intel最低要求也很新，旧Mac不适合。官方Apple Silicon只明确列出M3推荐，M1/M2没有独立分级。经济、法律、利益集团、外交和军事系统术语密集，新玩家容易因价格循环或基础设施短缺陷入赤字。大量国家内容和机制分布在付费DLC，更新还会导致模组与旧存档校验和变化。1.13.9约200项变化可能让旧攻略失效，且官方承认部分新文本暂时只有英文。繁体中文不在官方语言表。
安装步骤
- 本页对应 Victoria 3 1.13.9，官方校验和为 b2e3。Mac最低要求是 macOS Sonoma 14.4.1、Intel Core i5-10600、16GB内存、Radeon Pro 5300 4GB及10GB空间；推荐 Sequoia 15.4、Apple M3与10核M3 GPU、16GB。建议预留20GB，备份存档、启动器数据库、DLC、模组播放列表/顺序和自定义国家规则，并记录安装包SHA-256。首次关闭模组，以新游戏测试市场、建筑队列、贸易、人口、法律、外交博弈、陆海军、补给和保存读取；确认1.13.9/b2e3后逐个恢复模组。M1/M2低于官方推荐的M3等级，不应直接等同推荐配置。
卸载步骤
- 卸载前避开外交博弈、战争结算、吞并分裂地区和大型建造队列变更，另建手动存档并正常退出。备份本地/云端存档、启动器数据库、DLC、模组版本和顺序、自定义规则；注明1.13.9、b2e3、国家、日期、市场、战争状态及SHA-256。用离线副本完成一次读取再删除。云冲突保留双方，不覆盖唯一长局。重装后先以无模组新局确认1.13.9/b2e3，再恢复相同DLC和模组并复制旧档；如果旧档异常，保留原件并逐个排除模组，不要反复覆盖。
常见报错及解决办法
- 启动器空白或校验和不同：核对Sonoma 14.4.1、空间和SHA-256，备份后重建启动器缓存/数据库，以无模组状态确认1.13.9/b2e3。建造队列出现null_obj：本版已修复外国投资的分裂地区被吞并后产生空对象，确认版本后再检查模组。军队补给突然下降：1.13.9修正征召兵动员时补给加入方式，并在军队面板增加短缺图标和详细分解。舰队无法行动、海峡断补给或登陆超运输容量也属本版修复范围。后期速度慢：官方称内存降低约7–10%、分配降低15%并改善tick速度，但人口/市场规模仍吃CPU；关闭后台程序并保持16GB可用。M1/M2或低于Radeon Pro 5300的Intel机型先低速小国测试。
本次版本更新内容
- （校验和b2e3）是1.13线的大型官方热修，包含接近200项修正、改进和平衡。新增科技树等位置的搜索栏、舰队自动返港维修后恢复任务、可直接围绕海峡目标发起外交博弈；重做指挥上限、法律通过速度和舰船暴击，改善陆军补给与舰队任务信息。性能方面降低约7–10%内存、15%分配并提升tick速度。修复海运、海峡路线、征召补给、私掠贸易、建筑队列null_obj及大量内容/UI问题。部分新增文本在此版本仅有英文，这是官方已说明的1.13.9限制。
