After years of tireless explorations, brave Vikings have discovered a new land filled with mystery, danger and riches: Northgard .
The boldest Northmen have set sail to explore and conquer these new shores, bring fame to their Clan and write history through conquest, trading, or devotion to the Gods.
That is, if they can survive the dire wolves and undead warriors roaming the land, befriend or defeat the giants, and survive the harshest winters ever witnessed in the North.

THE STORY MODE: RIG’S SAGA
The Viking High King is murdered and his REGAL HORN is stolen by a man named HAGEN. This event kickstarts a saga that will take RIG, his son and heir accompanied by his right-hand man BRAND through the new continent of NORTHGARD, where he will make new friends and foes and discover a much greater threat than HAGEN, and the reasons behind his father’s assassination.
In order to complete the 11 chapters campaign, the player will have to master the specificities of all 6 clans and tame the unforgiving wilderness of Northgard.

장점
- RTS를 읽기 쉬운 구역 확장으로 압축하여 타일, 직업, 식량·목재, 겨울마다 명확한 선택을 만듭니다. 정복, 명성, 지식, 무역 승리와 서로 다른 클랜, 11장 Rig’s Saga, Conquest/Bifröst, AI, 랭크 멀티가 긴 수명을 제공합니다. 일시 정지와 작은 군대로 조작 부담이 낮고 5개 언어, 모드, 전용 서버도 장점입니다.
단점
- 구역·인구 제한으로 확장이 느리고 장기전은 정찰, 식민화, 직업 변경, 겨울 비축을 반복합니다. 클랜, 지식, 유물, 승리 조건이 많아 초보자는 생산 손실이나 이른 군대 때문에 무너지기 쉽습니다. 멀티는 동일 빌드, 서버, 네트워크, 준비 확인에 의존하고 모드는 로딩·저장 위험을 높입니다. Mac 조건은 오래된 모델 연도 기준이며 칩 표가 없고, 4.0.19의 여러 충돌 수정도 모든 문제 해결을 뜻하지 않습니다.
설치 방법
- 이 페이지는 Northgard 4.0.19용입니다. Steam 공식 Mac 최소 조건은 macOS Mavericks 10.9 이상과 2012년 이후 MacBook/MacBook Pro/iMac이며 2014년 이후를 권장하지만 최신 Intel/Apple Silicon 표는 없습니다. Steam Cloud, 캠페인, Rig’s Saga, Conquest/Bifröst, 클랜 해제, 멀티 순위, 모드, 키 설정, 그래픽을 백업하고 4.0.19/SHA-256을 기록하며 2.76GB 배포 파일보다 넉넉한 공간을 확보하세요. 모드 없는 싱글 게임에서 지도 생성, 식민화, 직업, 겨울 경제, 전투, 저장 재불러오기를 확인한 뒤 로비와 기존 저장을 검사하세요.
제거 방법
- 삭제 전 현재 월·전투를 끝내고 수동 저장한 뒤 메뉴에서 Steam Cloud 동기화를 기다리세요. 지도 생성, Conquest 결과, 랭크 준비 확인, 저장 중에는 강제 종료하지 마세요. 캠페인 장, Conquest/Bifröst 노드, 클랜·난이도, 순위, 모드 목록, 4.0.19/SHA-256, Steam 계정을 기록합니다. 재설치 후 모드를 끄고 임시 싱글 저장을 재시작해 읽은 뒤 모드와 장기 저장을 하나씩 복원하세요. Cloud 충돌 시 복사해 둔 최신 로컬 저장을 보존하세요.
자주 발생하는 오류와 해결 방법
- 실행·기존 저장 충돌은 모든 모드를 끄고 파일 검증과 새 무모드 지도에서 저장·모드 문제를 구분하세요. 4.0.19가 여러 충돌을 수정했지만 모든 기존 저장을 보장하지는 않습니다. 무한 지도 생성은 크기를 줄이고 모드를 제거해 재생성하세요. 매칭 실패는 지역, 동일 빌드, 준비 확인, 방화벽을 점검하고 중국 서비스 장애 및 P2P 지연 공식 안내도 고려하세요. M 시리즈 전투 화면 정지는 화질·해상도를 낮추고 소규모 교전에서 검증하세요. 겨울 붕괴는 식량, 목재, 행복도와 과도한 확장을 점검합니다.
이번 버전 변경 사항
- 공식 4.0.19(빌드 43313, 3월 3일)은 랭크 로비 검색 보안과 준비 확인 미응답 페널티를 추가합니다. Owl 유물 배치 최적화와 Veterans/Source of Urdarbrunnr, Branch of Yggdrasil Conquest, Raven Frozen Sea 유물, Snake Nidavellir Scorched Earth, Dragon 무료 Warchief 모집 충돌을 수정합니다. 누락된 한국어, 여러 충돌, 일반 최적화도 포함합니다. 해당 클랜, 랭크 로비, 한국어, 무모드 저장을 검증하세요.
