Become an ace doctor, an aspiring architect and a successful manager at the same time. Design your very own hospital, tweak every detail or use one of the predefined models and just jump to the doctor’s duty.
Contract different insurance companies to gain access to patients with interesting medical conditions, perform examinations, laboratory tests and use various equipment to solve the diagnostic puzzles. Hospitalize your patients, perform surgery and more!
Use a collection of various objects, materials and colors to make it truly yours or save your time and use one of many different prefabs.

There are a few different modes in Project Hospital :
• Tutorial levels will guide your through the basics of treating patients and running hospitals.
• Sandbox mode offers endless hours of content, building anything from small clinics to huge multi-storey hospitals, starting from scratch or in one of pre-built hospitals or clinics in case you want to jump straight into management. Run you own ambulance service and help handle events and emergencies.
• The campaign will put you in the shoes of a crisis manager trying to save a few hospitals in critical state.
• 6 challenge levels will test your skills and let you focus on the intricate details of individual specialized departments.

优点
- 同时提供建筑设计、医院经营和医生模式：可以从门诊小诊所逐步扩成多层医院，也能直接接管医生处理复杂病例。保险合同控制患者与收入来源，检查、化验、影像、诊断、住院和手术形成完整医疗流程；医生、护士、技术员、接待与清洁人员的技能和班次必须匹配。教程、沙盒、危机管理战役与六个挑战覆盖不同学习节奏，救护车、事件和急诊让成熟医院仍有压力。预制房间降低入门成本，自定义材料/颜色支持精细布局，另有 61 项成就、Cloud 与 Workshop。
不足
- 医院规模扩大后，房间规范、设备、路径、科室开放时间、员工技能、疲劳、工资、保险目标和患者优先级会同时作用，定位堵点需要耐心。真实感较强但医学流程经过游戏化，不能作为医疗建议。官方 Mac 配置仍以老款 Intel/AMD 与独显举例，没有 Apple Silicon 原生承诺；Mac mini 主 SSD 与音频插件提示也说明平台存在特定风险。亚洲语言官方备注建议在 Steam Deck 上用 Proton 解决字体，并不适用于 macOS。模组能扩展内容，却可能在补丁后破坏存档或诊断数据；升级必须先无模组验证。
安装步骤
- 本页对应 Project Hospital 1.2.23726。官方 Mac 最低配置列 Intel i3 3210/AMD Ryzen 3 1200、4 GB 内存、Intel HD 4000 与 1 GB 空间；推荐 Intel i5 6600K/AMD Ryzen 3 3300X、8 GB、GTX 1050/RX 460。官方没有 Apple Silicon 原生说明。Mac mini 应安装到主 SSD，部分音频驱动/插件可能导致无声。安装前备份 Cloud、本地医院和模组，记录 1.2.23726/SHA-256；先用无模组临时医院验证载入、候诊、检查、住院、保存重载及声音。
卸载步骤
- 卸载前暂停接诊与救护车，等待正在进行的检查、手术、转科、住院、财务结算和 Cloud 同步结束；患者移动或保存时不要强退。备份医院布局、保险合同、员工、科室、患者、财务、设置与全部模组清单，记录 1.2.23726/SHA-256、Mac/系统和存档时间。重装到主 SSD 后先禁用模组，清理复制时产生的隐藏 AppleDouble 文件风险，用副本验证候诊队列、Boston 支具转科、声音和保存，再按依赖顺序恢复模组。
常见报错及解决办法
- Mac 存档或游戏无法载入时，1.2.23726 已针对隐藏 AppleDouble 文件修复；先保留原档，检查复制/解压目录的隐藏文件并用无模组副本测试。Mac mini 启动失败应确认安装在主 SSD。无声时暂时关闭 Zoom 等相关音频驱动、虚拟声卡或插件，重启后验证，不要先改存档。患者在候诊室循环时确认本版本并检查专科检查房间、人员、路径和队列；仍复现则保存患者诊断与接管步骤。Boston 支具患者应能由 ICU 转骨科，若失败检查床位、运输和科室开放。拥堵优先分离接待、化验、影像与电梯流线，并匹配班次。
本次版本更新内容
- 官方 1.2.23726（Patch 43）包含：为 Windows 构建应用 Unity 安全漏洞补丁；修复 Mac 上隐藏 AppleDouble 系统文件导致游戏载入损坏；修复被玩家接管的患者前往专科检查时在候诊室陷入循环；允许需要 Boston 支具的患者从 ICU 转到骨科治疗；以及少量文本修复。Windows 专属安全补丁不能宣传为 Mac 修复。Mac 升级验收重点是旧档载入、复制档、候诊转诊、ICU—骨科路径、声音及保存重载。
