Become an ace doctor, an aspiring architect and a successful manager at the same time. Design your very own hospital, tweak every detail or use one of the predefined models and just jump to the doctor’s duty.
Contract different insurance companies to gain access to patients with interesting medical conditions, perform examinations, laboratory tests and use various equipment to solve the diagnostic puzzles. Hospitalize your patients, perform surgery and more!
Use a collection of various objects, materials and colors to make it truly yours or save your time and use one of many different prefabs.
From hiring to specializations, from doctors to janitors, make sure everybody is doing a great job and finds satisfaction in their work.
Help your doctors and walk them through the most complicated cases or just follow your favorite patients.
There are a few different modes in Project Hospital :
• Tutorial levels will guide your through the basics of treating patients and running hospitals.
• Sandbox mode offers endless hours of content, building anything from small clinics to huge multi-storey hospitals, starting from scratch or in one of pre-built hospitals or clinics in case you want to jump straight into management. Run you own ambulance service and help handle events and emergencies.
• The campaign will put you in the shoes of a crisis manager trying to save a few hospitals in critical state.
• 6 challenge levels will test your skills and let you focus on the intricate details of individual specialized departments.

短所
- 大規模化すると Room Rule、Equipment、Path、Open Hours、Skill、Fatigue、Wage、Insurance、Patient Priority が同時作用し Bottleneck 特定に時間が必要。医療は Game 化され Clinical Advice ではありません。Mac 例は旧 Intel/AMD/Discrete Graphics で Apple silicon Native 保証なし、Main SSD/Audio Plugin 注意も Platform Risk。Asian Language の Proton 注記は Steam Deck 用で macOS 用ではありません。Mod は拡張する一方 Patch 後に Save/Diagnosis を壊す可能性があり、まず Mod なし検証が必須です。
インストール手順
- 本ページは Project Hospital 1.2.23726 用。公式 Mac 最低は Intel i3 3210/AMD Ryzen 3 1200、4 GB、Intel HD 4000、空き1 GB、推奨 Intel i5 6600K/AMD Ryzen 3 3300X、8 GB、GTX 1050/RX 460。Apple silicon Native は非明記。Mac mini は Main SSD に導入し、一部 Audio Driver/Plugin は無音原因。Cloud、Hospital、Mod を Backup し 1.2.23726/SHA-256 を記録。Mod なし仮 Hospital で Load、Waiting Room、Exam、Hospitalize、Reload、Audio を確認します。
アンインストール手順
- 削除前に Intake/Ambulance を Pause し Exam、Surgery、Transfer、Hospitalization、Finance、Cloud を完了、Patient 移動/Save 中は強制終了しません。Layout、Insurance、Staff、Department、Patient、Finance、Setting、Mod List、1.2.23726/SHA-256、Mac/OS/時刻を保存。Main SSD へ再導入し Mod を無効化、Copy 由来 AppleDouble を避け、Save Copy で Queue、Boston Brace Transfer、Audio、Save を確認後に依存順で Mod を戻します。
よくあるエラーと解決策
- Mac Save/Game Load Failure は 1.2.23726 の Hidden AppleDouble 修正対象。原本を保持し Copy/Extract Folder の Hidden Metadata を確認、Mod なし Copy で Test。Mac mini は Main SSD。無音は Zoom 関連 Audio Driver、Virtual Device、Plugin を一時停止し再起動。Specialist Waiting Room Loop は Version、Exam Room、Staff、Path、Queue と Patient/Takeover 手順を記録。Boston Brace は ICU→Orthopaedy が可能で、失敗時は Bed、Transport、Open Hours。混雑は Reception、Lab、Imaging、Lift 動線と Shift を分離します。

- 公式 1.2.23726（Patch 43）は Windows Build へ Unity Security Patch、Mac の Hidden AppleDouble による Load Failure 修正、Takeover Patient が Specialist Exam 待合で Loop する問題の修正、Boston Brace 患者の ICU→Orthopaedy 治療許可、Minor Text Fix。Windows 専用 Security Patch を Mac 修正とは表現しません。Mac は旧/Copy Save Load、Specialist Queue、ICU→Orthopaedy、Audio、Reload を検証します。
