長所

Atkinson/Classic の Crisp Grain は Classic Mac、DTP、Pixel Art、Screen Print/Newsprint、Limited Display に適し、滑らかな Gray とは異なる個性です。2.0 は他 Diffusion と 2–256 Gray Levels、Brightness/Contrast/Sharpen/Reusable Style、Document、Lossless PNG/TIFF を提供。2.0.3 は Apple silicon、Intel 64-bit、macOS 11+、Local 処理です。

短所

Dither は Lossy Quantization で Original Color/Detail を戻せず Source 保存必須。Pattern は Final Pixel、Distance、Medium に依存し、Scale、Browser Interpolation、Print Screen/Dot Gain で変化します。Atkinson は Midtone を失い Skin/Sky/Soft Gradient に不向きな場合があります。2.0.3 は Batch、Color Dither、Palette、Indexed PNG がなく、大量処理に弱いです。Mask/Retouch/Layout/Separation は別 App、UI は英語。Target Output で再検証します。

インストール手順

サイト版は HyperDither 2.0.3、公式要件 macOS 11+、Apple silicon/Intel 64-bit 対応です。Original Copy を Crop/Size/Exposure/Local Contrast してから Import。後の Resize は Dot Pattern を壊すため最終 Pixel 付近で Dither します。Classic/Atkinson と 2.0 系 Diffusion を比較し、1-bit または少 Gray Levels から Brightness、Contrast、Sharpen を調整。100% で Shadow Crush、Highlight、Skin/Gradient Texture を検査します。Custom Style と Document を保存し Lossless PNG/TIFF を出力、Web/Print/LED/Laser の実寸で確認。後続版の Color Dither/Indexed 8-bit PNG は 2.0.3 に含めません。

アンインストール手順

削除前に Original、Preprocess Master、Document、Custom Styles、Lossless Output、実用途 Proof を保存。Algorithm、Gray Levels、Brightness/Contrast/Sharpen、Input/Output Pixel、Color Space、Scale、Printer/Device 設定を記録し manifest/SHA-256 を作ります。独立 Viewer の 100%/Smoothing Off で確認。Print/Fabrication は Paper/Ink、Screen、Resolution、Threshold、Test も保存。2.0 は Batch を削除しているため未保存 Queue は Archive ではありません。Style/Project 保存後に削除します。

よくあるエラーと解決策

ほぼ Black/White は Source Exposure/Levels を確認し Contrast/Light/Gray Levels を調整。Moiré/Band は JPEG、Print Screen、Subpixel、Repeated Scale を Descreen/Denoise し最終 Size で一度だけ Resample。Blur は Viewer Interpolation のため 100%/Integer Zoom/Smoothing Off。Print Dark は Paper/Ink Curve と Test、Line/Text 欠落は Resolution/Stroke/Mask。Export は Permission/Space/PNG/TIFF、M 系列は 2.0.3。Batch はないため個別処理します。

今回の更新内容

は Apple silicon Support、UI Fix、Support URL 更新。2.0 Rewrite の Document Editor、複数 Diffusion、2–256 Gray Levels、Custom Styles、Document Workflow、64-bit を継承し、2.0.1 は Export/Default を修正し Classic を Default にしました。壊れていた Batch は削除。後続 Color Dither/Palette/Indexed 8-bit PNG は 2.0.3 に含めません。
