Years before Europe went to war, Japan’s imperial ambitions targeted the divided Chinese Republic. Crippled by political paralysis and centuries of fitful development, China is still not a pushover.
With vast reserves of manpower and resources, not to mention a giant landmass, the Republic of China and its temporary ally, the Communists under Mao, can withstand another aggressor. There have been, after all, very many.
From the convoy attacks in the Battle of the Atlantic to the fierce carrier battles on the Pacific front, the Second World War saw naval innovation in both tactics and technology. The war at sea takes center stage in Hearts of Iron IV: Man the Guns , a new expansion to Paradox Development Studio’s popular strategy wargame.
Design your own ships and refit older models. Alter your convoy routes to avoid hungry wolf packs. Embrace or circumvent naval treaties and deal with the diplomatic consequences.

長所
- 第二次大戦期のほぼ全国家を操作し、国家方針、外交、産業、研究、兵站、諜報、陸海空軍を一つの戦略モデルで扱えます。師団／装備設計、生産効率、補給、制空、制海が連動し、計画成功の達成感があります。史実／仮想ルート、協力／対戦マルチ、カスタムルール、大型Modで再プレイ性が高く、一時停止可能なリアルタイム制で細かく調整できます。英語、簡体字中国語、日本語、韓国語UIは公式対応です。
短所
- 戦闘正面幅、補給、生産、航空任務、海軍索敵、装甲／貫通など学習負荷は高めです。多くの国家ルートと機能が有料DLCで、全収集は高価。大型更新でModや旧セーブが一時的に壊れることもあります。後半の部隊増加はCPU、メモリ、UIを重くし、マルチは全員の版、DLC、Mod一致が必須です。公式Mac仕様は古いIntel時代のGPU表記でApple Silicon区分がありません。繁体字中国語は非公式で、戦争、思想、歴史的暴力も人を選びます。
インストール手順
- 本ページは Hearts of Iron IV 1.19.2 向けです。現行公式Mac最低要件は macOS Ventura 13、Intel Core i5 2.60GHz、4GB、ATI Radeon HD 6970M、基本空き2GB、推奨はi5 2.90GHz、8GB、Radeon R9 390MまたはGeForce 750M 1GBです。DLC、Mod、セーブ用に15GBを確保し、セーブ、ランチャーDB、プレイセット／ロード順、DLC、テンプレートを保存して1.19.2、チェックサム、SHA-256を記録します。初回はModなしの新規戦役で地図、国家方針、生産、補給、陸海空軍、Army HQ、停止、保存／読込を確認し、DLCとModを一つずつ戻します。旧OS X 10.11要件は現行版には該当しません。
アンインストール手順
- アンインストール前に講和会議、マルチのホットジョイン、大規模戦闘の処理中を避け、手動保存して正常終了します。ローカル／クラウドセーブ、ランチャーDB、プレイセット、Mod版とロード順、DLC、師団／艦船テンプレートを保存し、1.19.2、国家、日付、ルール、チェックサム、SHA-256を記録します。オフライン複製で読込を確認し、クラウド競合では両方を保持します。再インストール後はModなし新規ゲームで版を確認し、同一DLC／Modを戻してセーブを複製復元します。旧戦役に問題がある場合、公式の1.19.1ロールバックで完了できます。
よくあるエラーと解決策
- ランチャー白画面／プレイセット破損はVentura 13、空き、SHA-256を確認し、終了後にキャッシュ／DBを退避・再生成してModなしで試します。チェックサム／OOSは全員を1.19.2、同一DLC、Mod版、順序に統一します。本版は保留中ホットジョイン非表示、誤ったロビー参加、後半およびセッション履歴由来のOOSを修正しました。クラッシュ時はModを外し、提督なし艦隊へのgain_xpと、配置済み元帥を軍集団へ割り当てるクラッシュの修正を確認します。攻撃線とArmy HQ問題も修正対象です。後半はバックグラウンドを減らし8GBを推奨します。Apple Siliconは公式Mac仕様に明記されていません。

- はThunder at Our Gatesの夏休み前安定メンテナンス版です。遠征指揮官、スイスの損害回復、インドネシア／豪州／シャムの数値を調整し、イベント音声切替と東ティモール／ヌサンタラ関連を追加。2件のクラッシュ、後半マルチOOS、ホットジョイン、攻撃線、Army HQ、師団設計、指揮官UI、AI防衛／太平洋行動を修正しました。旧セーブ用に1.19.1へ戻せます。後続の夏季公開ベータ内容は含めません。
