- OS X 10.6 or later
Description
In Cozy Cleaner , you bring messy rooms back to order step by step. Each level takes you to a different room where you look around, collect scattered items, and place them where they belong. Open boxes to find new objects, sweep up crumbs, wipe spills, polish windows, water the plants, and finish with a refreshing room spray. With every action, the space feels lighter, and so do you.
There are no timers, scores, or pressure, just a cozy journey where order slowly comes to life. To move on to the next level, you must completely clean and organize the room.
In Cozy Cleaner, different tools help you make each room spotless. Use your hand tool to collect trash and organize scattered books, bottles, and vases. Mop up spills, use the dustpan to clear away crumbs, dust, and cobwebs. Polish windows and walls with a cloth, water the plants with a watering can, and finish by spraying a cozy scent into the air.
At the start of each level, a truck delivers new items you can unpack and arrange to complete the space. Once you’ve used all your tools and cleaned the room entirely, the door to the next level opens.

Editor-checked details
Recommended for pressure-free organization, checklist completion and before/after room transformation, especially one-room sessions. Use a stable order: unpack/collect trash, place large objects, dust high-to-low, wipe windows/walls, dustpan, mop, water plants, then spray. This prevents moved objects from covering already-cleaned areas. If progress stalls, stop random clicking, cycle tools and inspect clockwise from the doorway. Keep a wide path near stairs/furniture until small items are placed last. After every room, return to the menu and re-enter once. Safe order: dual backup; 1.0.2/SHA-256; one fresh room; door; re-entry validation; Steam Cloud; old save.
Pros
- Tidying is divided into clear small actions without timers, scores or penalties, allowing each room to return to order at the player’s pace. Different tools map to distinct messes and objects: collecting, unpacking, mopping, sweeping crumbs, wiping, watering and scent spray create a complete clutter-to-finish routine. Requiring total completion before the door opens gives players who dislike unfinished work a firm loop. Cat-created chaos and soft presentation keep the chore theme light. Objectives are readable enough for short relaxation or podcast play. Steam Cloud, achievements and trading cards provide basic cross-device/collection support, and the channel package is a relatively light 485.9 MB.
Cons
- The core loop changes little between levels once the tool order is learned; differences are mainly room layout and object position. Players expecting story, management, free-form decorating or complex puzzles may find it thin. Mandatory 100% cleaning can turn relaxation into corner hunting for one tiny stain or hidden item. Physics collisions may bounce small objects or offset placement, and tools can become awkward in tight spaces. Some actions are click-triggered rather than sustained manual simulation, so detailed-cleaning fans should temper expectations. No fully verifiable official Mac performance tier or explicit Apple Silicon path is published; the channel confirms Intel 64-bit only. Version 1.0.2 has no itemized notes.
Installation steps
- This page covers Cozy Cleaner 1.0.2. The channel lists an Intel 64-bit processor, OS X 10.6 or later and an approximately 485.9 MB package. The official store confirms a Mac build but does not publish a complete cross-checkable Mac RAM/GPU tier, so unknown requirements are not added. Back up level completion, placed objects, tool steps, achievements, controls and Steam Cloud, then record 1.0.2/SHA-256. On a fresh save, test hand collection, box unpacking, arranging books/bottles/vases, mopping, dustpan crumbs, dust/cobweb removal, window/wall cloth, watering and room spray. Use every tool, open the next-level door, then re-enter to confirm completion saved.
Uninstallation steps
- Before uninstalling, finish the active object drag/tool animation, complete the room and wait for the next-level door. Do not force-quit during unpacking, cleaning completion, object placement or cloud sync. Back up the local folder and Steam Cloud separately, retaining levels, room completion, layouts, achievements, settings and 1.0.2/SHA-256. Reinstall with cloud off, finish and re-enter one small fresh room, and confirm tools, objective detection, door opening and saving work before copying old data back. Compare last level, completed-room count and timestamp before restoring cloud; keep the clearest progress copy.
Common errors and fixes
- If the door stays shut, a task remains: cycle every tool, look for highlighted targets, and inspect behind furniture, corners, window frames, under stairs, plants and unopened boxes. If an object will not register, release it, approach the center of its target silhouette from another angle and avoid wall/neighbor collisions. If a vacuum/tool falls under stairs or furniture, stop pushing and reopen the level, approaching from open space; keep a save copy in case completion is blocked. Mop, dustpan and cloth have distinct target types, so mismatched tools do not advance progress. Wait for animations before clicking again. Reduce resolution/background load for stutter. For cloud issues, disable sync and identify the latest local level before merging. Apple Silicon support is not explicitly documented, so it is not guaranteed; Intel requires a 64-bit environment.
What changed in this version
- The site build is 1.0.2, and the channel explicitly states release notes were unavailable when the listing was updated. Fixes are not invented and higher versions are not disclosed. Officially verifiable scope includes multiple rooms disrupted by playful cats; step-by-step cleaning without timers, scores or pressure; hand collection/placement, unpacking, mop, dustpan, cloth, dust/cobweb removal, windows/walls, plant watering and room spray; and opening the next level after every task. It also provides single-player, Steam achievements, trading cards and Steam Cloud. Acceptance covers the displayed build, one complete fresh room, every tool, door opening, saved re-entry and cloud state. No physics, level or performance change is attributed without notes.
