優點
- 同一張世界地圖因疾病規則產生不同決策：細菌、病毒、真菌、寄生蟲、朊病毒、生化武器、Neurax、Necroa 都改變資源節奏和勝利路線。傳播、症狀、能力與治療反制形成易讀而有深度的循環，新聞、政府及交通會回饋策略後果。情境、The Cure、合作／對抗、Creator、Workshop、統計與回放提供長期內容。每局可快速重開，也能細調島嶼、氣候和解藥路線。五種目標語言均有官方介面與完整音訊。
不足
- 核心循環依賴同一地圖和點泡泡，長時間遊玩會感到開局與操作重複；高難度有時把壓力放在隨機突變、港口關閉及島嶼航線。真實地名與疫情模型包裝的是抽象規則，不能當作醫學預測或公共衛生建議。情境、DLC、Workshop 和疾病解鎖層次多，新手不易判斷基本版範圍。Mac 需求年代久遠，Apple Silicon 沒有官方保證，極舊 Intel 晶片亦明確不支援。多人需要版本、內容及網路一致，人口也小於主流競技遊戲。
安裝步驟
- 本頁對應 Plague Inc: Evolved 1.23.0.12。官方 Mac 最低需求為 64 位元 OS X 10.7、2GHz 雙核心、1GB 記憶體、Intel HD 4000 及 500MB 空間；建議 OS X 10.12、3GHz 四核心、2GB 記憶體和 Intel Iris 或以上。這是 Intel 時代規格，Apple Silicon 沒有官方原生或 Rosetta 保證。先備份存檔、自訂情境原始檔、Workshop、基因解鎖、成就、語言及操作，記錄 1.23.0.12/SHA-256。以無 Workshop 新檔測試細菌 Normal、DNA、傳播／症狀／能力、治療、存檔重載，再驗證 Leprosy、Scenario Creator 和線上大廳。
解除安裝步驟
- 移除前離開對局回到主選單並等待 Cloud 同步；自動存檔、Creator 匯出、Workshop 上傳或多人結算時不要強制結束。進度與自訂情境工程分開保留兩份輪替備份，記錄疾病、難度、基因、修訂、解鎖、Workshop ID、1.23.0.12/SHA-256。重裝後先關閉 Cloud／Workshop，以新檔驗證文字、地圖、泡泡、存讀檔及治療條，再恢復進度。自訂情境先以副本開啟，確認事件、條件、翻譯鍵和資源引用後才重新發布。
常見錯誤及解決方法
- 按鈕、儲存或載入無法選擇時，拔除額外手把，以鍵鼠重啟並核對 1.23.0.12；1.23 系列曾明確修正選單及控制器字形。文字消失或混入英文時切換語言再重啟，停用覆蓋在地化的舊 Workshop 情境。最後島嶼無法感染通常是傳播、耐寒／耐熱和港口關閉時機，先壓低致死率並覆蓋 Greenland、Madagascar 等脆弱路線。治療過快則觀察富裕國家、實驗室和嚴重度，使用抗藥、基因重組或疾病能力。舊情境異常先複製並無 Workshop 測試。Apple Silicon 黑畫面不能證明官方相容。
本次版本更新內容
- 站內版本屬官方 Update 1.23 系列：基本遊戲免費加入 Leprosy 情境，內容推出後亦有多輪穩定修正。可核實的系列修正涵蓋選單／存讀檔選擇、手把字形、翻譯混入英文、舊局新聞殘留、人口顏色、罕見崩潰、Leprosy 存檔疾病類型、情境成就及多人選國。官方沒有發布與 1.23.0.12 精確對應的獨立逐項公告，因此只作為 1.23 系列背景，不宣稱由 .12 首次修改。驗收版本、Leprosy、語言、存讀檔、泡泡、治療條和多人選國；不展示更高版本。
