优点

不足
- 核心循环高度依赖同一张地图和点气泡，连续游玩会感到操作与开局路线重复；较高难度有时把策略压力放在随机突变、港口关闭和岛屿航线上。游戏用现实地名与疫情模型包装抽象规则，不能把结果当成医学预测或公共卫生建议。场景、DLC、Workshop 与疾病解锁层级较多，新玩家不容易判断哪些内容属于基础版。旧式 Mac 配置说明与现代 Steam/macOS 环境存在年代差，Apple Silicon 没有官方保证；极旧 Intel 显卡亦明确不支持。多人依赖双方版本、网络及内容一致，匹配人口小于主流竞技游戏。
安装步骤
- 本页对应 Plague Inc: Evolved 1.23.0.12。官方 Mac 最低配置为 64 位 OS X 10.7、2GHz 双核、1GB 内存、Intel HD 4000 及 500MB 空间；推荐 64 位 OS X 10.12、3GHz 四核、2GB 内存和 Intel Iris 或同级显卡。参数属于 Intel Mac 时代，Apple Silicon 没有官方原生或 Rosetta 保证。安装前备份本地存档、自定义场景源文件、Workshop 项目、基因解锁、成就、语言和控制设置，记录 1.23.0.12/SHA-256。首次以无 Workshop 内容的新档完成细菌普通难度开局、DNA 气泡、传播/症状/能力进化、治愈进度、保存重载，再验证 Leprosy 场景、场景编辑器及一局联网菜单。
卸载步骤
- 卸载前退出当前对局到主菜单，等待云同步完成；不要在自动保存、场景编辑器导出、Workshop 上传或多人回合结算时强退。保留两份轮换备份，分别保存游戏进度与自定义场景工程，并记录疾病、难度、基因组合、场景版本、解锁状态、Workshop ID、1.23.0.12/SHA-256。重装后先关闭云同步和 Workshop，用新档验证文本、地图、气泡、存读档与治愈条，再恢复进度；自定义场景先以副本打开，确认事件、条件、翻译键和资源引用完整后才重新发布。
常见报错及解决办法
- 按钮无法选择或保存/载入失效，先断开多余手柄、用键鼠重启并核对 1.23.0.12；1.23 系列曾明确修复菜单选择和控制器字形问题。文字消失或混入英文时先切换一次语言并重启，停用覆盖本地化的旧 Workshop 场景。岛屿最后无法感染通常是传播途径、耐寒/耐热和港口关闭时机问题；前期保持较低致死性，先覆盖格陵兰、马达加斯加等交通脆弱地区。治愈过快要观察富裕国家、研究实验室和严重度，适时进化抗药、基因重组或对应疾病能力。旧场景显示错误疾病类型或崩溃时复制存档并无 Workshop 重测。Apple Silicon 黑屏不能据此宣称官方兼容，先降低分辨率并核对架构。
本次版本更新内容
- 站内版本属于官方 Update 1.23 系列：基础游戏免费加入 Leprosy 场景，并伴随新内容发布后的多轮稳定性修复。可核实的该系列修复涵盖菜单/存读档选择、控制器字形、部分翻译混入英文、旧局新闻残留、人口颜色、稀有崩溃、Leprosy 存档疾病类型、场景成就条件及多人国家选择等。官方没有发布能与 1.23.0.12 精确对应的独立逐项公告，因此这些内容只作为 1.23 系列背景，不能声称每项由 .12 首次修改。验收以版本显示、Leprosy、语言、存读档、气泡、治愈条和多人选国为准；不展示更高版本。
