The Franchise Hockey Manager series returns for its 12th version in 2025-26, with new additions that will further expand on the most authentic hockey strategy gaming experience you can find.
Choose one of dozens of leagues around the world and select a team to guide to glory, including a chance at the ultimate prize: FHM12 is licensed by the NHL®, allowing you to take the reins of your favorite franchise to capture the Stanley Cup®. Or, take control of a national team and try for international supremacy.
You can also choose a historical game, where you can begin in any year in NHL® history, play in one of several historical minor leagues, or play in a legendary international tournament, including (new for this year) the World Championships as far back as 1929.
If you’d like to create your own customized league, you can do that, including allowing international play in the world you design.
If you’ve been playing FHM11 and can’t bear to part with your team, import that save into FHM12 and carry on with the addition of FHM11’s new features.
However you choose to play, you have control of your team and can oversee finances, select strategies, hire your staff, make trades, sign free agents, and draft the newest generation of stars as you try to build a championship team – and then make it into a dynasty!

优点
- 它把 NHL 授权的现代联赛、全球数十个联盟、国家队、可追溯到 1929 年的历史赛事和自定义世界放在同一套管理系统中。财务、交易、自由球员、选秀、员工、战术、季前与定向训练、球员生成和报告深度足以支撑长期王朝；FHM11 存档可导入。战术组合可保存/读取，新闻筛选、观察名单与 CSV 导出适合数据型玩家和联盟运营者。Steam Workshop、183 项成就和单机模式提供扩展与长期目标，比赛不要求持续在线。
不足
- 主要体验是表格、菜单、文字与 2D 比赛，学习曲线陡峭；几十个联盟、合同规则、阵容权限和历史选项会让新玩家很难判断哪些设置真正影响结果。长期开启大量联盟会明显拖慢日模拟并增大存档。界面只官方支持英文，五种页面语言并不代表游戏内有中日英韩繁完整本地化。Mac 官方只列 Intel，Apple 芯片用户存在架构风险。阵容更新和部分修复只会完整反映在新游戏，长期档需要在连续性和新数据之间取舍；自定义数据库、图片与 Workshop 内容也可能在更新后冲突。
安装步骤
- 本页对应 Franchise Hockey Manager 12.4.40。Steam 官方要求 Intel 处理器、macOS 10.11+、8 GB 内存和 8 GB 可用空间；没有官方 Apple Silicon 原生支持说明，M1/M2/M3/M4 不写成确认兼容。界面仅官方支持英文。安装前完整备份联赛存档、自定义数据库、球队/球员图片、战术、训练方案、导出 CSV 和在线联盟 Team File，记录 12.4.40/SHA-256。退出游戏后覆盖更新即可，旧存档官方称兼容；首次启动先创建临时联赛验证模拟、保存/读取、阵容与比赛引擎，再打开主档，并核对新闻筛选、观察名单和 CSV 导出。
卸载步骤
- 卸载前停止模拟并在赛程日之间手动保存，另存一份新文件；退出在线联盟前导出 Team File，保留自定义数据库、图片、战术、训练、CSV、选秀与交易记录。记录游戏日期、联赛版本、启用联盟、阵容截止日、12.4.40/SHA-256 和 Steam 账号。重装后先创建临时游戏验证数据库，再复制备份并打开副本；确认球队、合同、赛程、选秀权、历史记录和在线权限后才继续模拟。数据依赖型修复可能只在新游戏生效，不要为验证它们覆盖长期存档。
常见报错及解决办法
- 无法启动或界面空白时先确认 Intel Mac、macOS 10.11+、8 GB RAM/空间和 1280×768 显示；Apple 芯片不是官方列出的架构，不能假设 Rosetta 必然解决。旧档载入失败先复制存档，核对 12.4.40 与模组/自定义数据库版本，移走最近新增图片或数据再测试副本。阵容看似未更新时注意 12.4.40 数据截止说明；旧存档不会自动重建全部数据依赖内容。CSV 缺失要确认输出目录权限与文件名，并在对应联赛/页面重新导出。在线 Team File 签约失败时核对 GM 权限、文件上传/下载顺序和服务器版本。长时间模拟卡顿可减少启用联盟、降低历史/日志保留量并分段保存。

- 官方 12.4.40 更新于 3 月 19 日发布：完成交易截止日后的阵容更新；新增 player_injuries、player_injury_history、injuries_data、human_manager、league_awards、league_events、draft_class 七类 CSV；经理新闻可按私信、新闻、交易、传闻、转会、弃权、签约与续约筛选；球探报告可一键加入全部观察名单并清除筛选结果；弃权停模可按未来潜力触发；训练菜单显示评分；更新 WHL 季后赛；新增联盟合同基准按联盟价值调整；虚构联盟国际赛资格更合理；在线联盟 GM 可通过 Team File 签约/续签职员。旧档兼容，但数据依赖修正可能需要新游戏。
