Construct your own coasters, design an efficiently operating park that fully immerses your guests in its theming and play through the campaign.
Build
Create the perfect park for your guests! Deform the terrain, place water, build structures! With a huge selection of deco objects from various themes you can design your park however you want. And for more you can get custom scenery from the Steam Workshop or mod in your own!
Top off that park with your very own roller coaster! Design it yourself or choose from a number of exciting designs. Spinning, looping, launching, flying – with over 70 of the worlds most popular types of theme park rides you’ll always be able to surprise your guests.
Manage
Building is only half of the challenge! You’ll need to keep an eye on the finances and guest satisfaction to stay on top, and for the first time in a theme park game the “behind the scenes” parts of your park have a meaning too! Route resources to your various shops without annoying your guests and keep the staff areas out of the public eye for the perfect immersive experience.
Play
Build your way through a challenging campaign! 26 scenarios with unique settings will put your theme park management and coaster designing skills to the test. And there’s always more – download scenarios created by the community from Steam Workshop or design your own with the scenario editor.
With the landscape generator you’ll create your own unique setting in no time. And if you’re more of a creative player there’s the sandbox mode!

古典公園経営、細かい景観、Coaster 設計と裏方物流が好きな人へ。最初は入口→主環状路→施設／店→隠し倉庫→社員環状路を作り、各店の補給路を短く。倉庫は遠ざけず壁／建物／木で隠します。安定した Flat Ride 後に中強度 Coaster を一台。Train、Brake、価格は一度に一項目だけ変え Test Data を比較。拡張前に Toilet、Bench、Bin、整備余力を確保。安全手順：Intel→二重保存→1.12d3/SHA-256→Mod なし小公園→補給→再読込→DLC/Mod です。
長所
- 古典的な等角公園の見やすさと、倉庫、運搬、裏道、客視線という実在の裏方運営を両立し、魅力的な表と効率的な裏を設計します。Coaster Editor は軌道、列車、運用を Test Rating／客反応へ結び、70 超施設と景観で Theme 自由度も高いです。Campaign は融資、面積、施設、Rating、目標を段階化し、Sandbox、Scenario Editor、地形、Workshop は長期創作向け。Online Co-op もあり、対象五言語 UI は全て公式です。
短所
- 裏方と物流は深い反面、説明不足で在庫がある店へ補給されず、原因が区域／経路の細部に隠れます。大公園は客、Queue、景観、列車で CPU／Memory 負荷が増え、4 GB は小規模向け。等角 Low-poly は Retro で一人称没入中心ではありません。Coaster 数値は学習が必要で強度／Nausea 過多なら客が乗りません。Multiplayer／Workshop／旧保存は内容一致が必要。Mac は Intel i3/i5 表記で Apple Silicon 保証なしです。
インストール手順
- 本ページは Parkitect 1.12d3 用です。公式 Mac 最小要件は macOS 10.13、2.3 GHz Intel i3 相当、RAM 4 GB、Shader Model 3.0、約 2 GB、推奨は 3 GHz i5、RAM 6 GB、2015 年以降の専用 GPU です。Apple Silicon／Rosetta は公式記載なし。Campaign、Scenario、Sandbox、Coaster 設計、景観、Mod／Workshop 順、DLC、設定を退避し 1.12d3/SHA-256 を記録。Mod なし小公園で道、入口、店／倉庫、裏方路線、Flat Ride と短い Coaster を作り、Rating、Queue、補給、ゴミ、裏方遮蔽、財務、保存を確認します。
アンインストール手順
- 削除前に全施設を停止し、列車帰還、出口退出、運搬、Cloud を待ちます。Coaster 試験、Blueprint 保存、Scenario 生成、Workshop 更新、Multiplayer 同期中は強制終了しません。二世代公園と設計／Scenario を保存し、資金、融資、Rating、客、担当、倉庫、裏道、整備、DLC、Mod ID／順、1.12d3/SHA-256 を記録。再導入後は Mod なし小公園を保存再読込してから旧データへ。初回前に同じ DLC／Mod 順を戻し、施設欠落状態で唯一の保存を上書きしません。
よくあるエラーと解決策
- 店の欠品は倉庫だけでなく裏道切れ、区域、運搬過負荷、裏方遮蔽による迂回を物流表示で確認。待ち不満は処理量、編成、乗降、列長、価格、需要を比較します。Coaster は完全試験、閉線、駅方向、列車数、Intensity／Nausea、出口接続が必要。利益があって Rating が低い時はトイレ、ゴミ、景観、価格、裏方露出を確認。旧保存の欠落は複製し Mod なしで試し依存順を戻します。Multiplayer は全員 1.12d3／DLC／Mod 一致。遅延は影／客数を下げ、Apple Silicon は保証外です。
