- 社員停止時は上流の記事／写真／組版品、階担当、運搬範囲、階段／エレベーター／気送管、空腹、トイレ、士気、騒音を順に確認。増員だけでは渋滞します。日曜印刷不足は予測販売→紙→印刷能力→組版時刻を逆算し、週初に紙と広告を確保、全記者を遠距離へ出しません。必要タグ不在時は主保存を反復上書きせず別件を進めます。読込不能は複製後に試します。遅延は混雑、影、アニメを減らします。公式パッド対応なし、日本語／韓国語／繁体字 UI もありません。
