- 从自由建造办公室到招聘、团队性格、软件/硬件设计、营销、支持、专利、股票、服务器和制造，经营链条非常完整。随机市场让每个公司发展史不同，玩家可专注合同、小众产品、平台生态或收购竞争者。十层加地下室、复制粘贴蓝图和员工通勤让建筑规划具有实际经营意义。团队领导可委派开发周期与人力资源，后期自动化空间大。支持 Steam Workshop、蓝图、代码/家具/语言模组，以及最多四名玩家同图竞争或合作。
不足
- 系统密度高且界面以表格、筛选和窗口为主，新手容易同时被建筑、员工需求、技能、市场和项目流程淹没。大型公司员工寻路、服务器、制造和多项目会增加 CPU/存档负担，官方 2 GB 仅是启动最低线。仍处于 Early Access，平衡与核心玩法可能变化；旧存档和模组在升级前必须备份。模组代码具有执行能力，只应使用可信来源并保留无模组档。官方 Steam 页面只列英文界面，五语言页面是编辑翻译，不代表游戏自带中文、日文或韩文；社区语言包质量可能不一致。Apple Silicon 无独立官方支持档。
安装步骤
- 本页对应 Software Inc. 1.8.41。官方 Mac 最低要求为 OS X 10.9、3 GHz 四核、2 GB 内存、512 MB 独立显存、Shader Model 4.0/OpenGL 4.1 和 1 GB 空间；这是最低线，大型公司、十层办公室与多人存档建议 8 GB 以上内存和更多空间。安装前备份 Steam Cloud、本地公司存档、自动存档、建筑蓝图、模组、翻译包、服务器/源代码管理配置、键位与 1.8.41/SHA-256。首次用无模组新档完成建房、招聘、设计/开发/发布、支持和保存重载，再复制主档；Apple Silicon 没有官方独立说明，需检查 OpenGL、UI 和长时间模拟。
卸载步骤
- 卸载前暂停模拟并手动保存到新槽位，等待 Steam Cloud；分别备份主档、自动存档、多人主机档、蓝图、模组及其版本、翻译文件、自定义图片和配置。记录游戏内日期、现金、团队、正在进行的项目、服务器负载与 1.8.41/SHA-256。先移除应用，不要同时删除用户数据。重装后关闭模组，用副本加载并跑过一天，核对员工寻路、房间光环、项目阶段、库存/服务器和财务，再逐个恢复模组；多人档由原主机先验证，避免客户端旧数据覆盖。
常见报错及解决办法
- 旧存档加载失败或卡住时复制存档，关闭全部模组并核对 1.8.41；按最近新增模组逆序恢复。员工卡路先检查门、电梯、道路、停车、房间权限和家具碰撞。房间光环异常应在副本中移动一件家具触发重算；1.8.41 已修复受摆放顺序影响的不一致。发布使用无所有者框架的新产品若出错，确认已在 1.8.41。多人不同步时由主机保留权威档并统一版本/模组。界面列排序图标被截断、领导者会计/支持专精或厨师托盘范围异常也先核对版本。Apple Silicon 图形异常时检查 OpenGL、降低画质并停用叠加层。
本次版本更新内容
- 官方 Beta 1.8.41 的变更包括：厨师可在分配房间外使用托盘；列表列头的排序图标独立显示，避免被裁切；员工头顶“夜猫子”“超级专注”“天生领袖”“只是流感”状态会按正负效果变色；招聘时团队兼容性筛选错误文字更清楚。修复房间光环计算受家具摆放顺序影响、使用无所有者框架发布新产品（多人较常见）出错，以及领导者多任务专精没有应用于会计、支持工作错误要求 3 星的问题。本页不写入 1.8.41 之后改动。
