長所
- 清掃、塗装、解体、床、配線、設備、家具に直接操作の手応えとBefore／Afterの満足があります。JobでTool／Skillを解除し、物件購入／改装／売却に予算とBuyer目標があります。多数の家具／素材、Workshop、DLCで拡張。操作は易しく配置は自由で、修理、Design、利益を選べます。対象5言語UI／字幕に公式対応します。
短所
- 多数Jobは清掃、塗装、家具移動、設備を反復し単調になり得ます。4GB／旧Intel GPUは最低線で、密集House／複数DLCはLoad、Save、FPS負荷が高いです。Workshop／DLC不足で旧Saveの物／Materialが欠けます。旧式操作／Physicsと小物の精密配置は煩雑。Mac要件はIntel／RadeonのみでApple Silicon区分なし。Themeの多くはDLCです。
インストール手順
- 本ページはHouse Flipper 1.26163向けです。公式Mac最低は10.12、3.2GHz Intel i3、4GB、R9 M390、6GB、推奨は3.5GHz Intel i5、8GB、Radeon Pro 580。サイトPackageは約22.97GBのため35GB確保。Apple Silicon区分はありません。Cloud／Local Profile、Job、所有House、配置、Skill、資金、Workshop、DLCを保存しSHA-256を記録。Workshopなし新規Profileで清掃、塗装、解体、設備、家具、売買、保存／読込を確認してから旧Save複製を開きます。
アンインストール手順
- 削除前に現場からOfficeへ戻り手動保存。Cloud／Local Profile、Job、全物件／内装、Buyer、Skill／Tool、資金、画像、Workshop、DLCを別保存し、1.26163、日付、SHA-256を記録。競合は両方残します。再導入後、空Dataで小Jobを完了／保存してから旧Saveを戻し、DLCを揃えWorkshopを分割復元。家具／壁欠落は複製だけ修正します。
よくあるエラーと解決策
- 起動Crash、Pink Material、低FPSはmacOS 10.12、Metal／独立GPU、空き、SHA-256を確認し、Workshop／Overlayを外し解像度、影、AAを下げます。4GBは最低線で、家具密集／DLCは8GB以上向き。物／壁欠落はDLC／Workshop依存を揃え、欠けた状態でMain Saveしません。Job未完は窓、Door、Socket、Installation、Trash、Room判定を確認し、複製でReset。Apple Siliconは公式区分がなくClean ProfileでTool、House、Saveを試します。
