WireframeSketcher (was WireframeSketcher Studio) is a wireframing tool that helps designers, developers, and product managers quickly create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for desktop, Web, and mobile applications. It’s a desktop app and a plug-in for any Eclipse IDE.
