Rest&Move is a break reminder app. Spend a lot of time at the computer? For productive work it is very important to take short breaks to rest, move, relax your eyes. Rest&Move will remind you to take a break on time, displays a full-screen window. Your eyes and body will be less tired, the work will become more productive and you will keep focus.
