MarsEdit

MarsEdit is a blog editor for OS X that makes editing your blog like writing email, with spell-checking, drafts, multiple windows, and even AppleScript support.

 

It works with with most blog services including WordPress, Blogger, Drupal, Movable Type, TypePad, and many others.

• Animated GIFs are now shown with animation in the Upload Utility preview                                                  

• When pasting an image, if animated GIF and TIFF data are both available, the animated item is now preferred                

• Fixed an issue that caused some changed sidebar options such as author and pingbacks not to be set correctly on new posts

• Protected against a crash when running on an upcoming release of macOS
